New parameters for sales stages

The interface for editing a sales stage label has been enhanced. A new section has been added to group together the various advanced features for each sales stage.

This section includes 3 new features: limit the selection of the next sales stage, restrict the selection of this sales stage to certain roles, and restrict the selection of the next sales stage to certain roles.

For example, for an opportunity, it is possible to configure that:

  • The only next sales stage that can be selected is "Invoiced."
  • Only a user with the "Sales" role can select the "Closed Won" stage.
  • Only a user with the "Accounting" role can select the next sales stage, in this case "Invoiced."

It is now possible to add the account's unique identifier (ID) when customizing the display of contact and account list information.

Customize email preview text

By default, the preview sentence of an email contains the first words detected in the content. Thanks to the new section in the email editor, you can now determine the content of this preview (preheader) yourself.

In tasks, the visual of the participant selection display window has been simplified. Checkboxes have been added to make adding and removing a participant simple and intuitive.
