How do I manage opportunities?

Introduction #

In CentrixOne CRM, an opportunity corresponds to a business occasion. It can be linked to a contact or an account (company). To track the progress of your opportunities, simply indicate the appropriate sales stage. You can also indicate the source of the opportunity and the revenue categories and sub-categories revenue associated with the items or services you are selling.

Refer to this guide to find out how to customize your sales stages, revenue sources and categories.

How to create an opportunity? #

You should know that opportunities are accessible via the contact details of the relevant account, via the details of a contact linked to this account, and via the “Opportunities” module. 1. Click on the Accounts or Contacts module
  2. Click on the appropriate name to access its card
  3. In the Opportunities section, click on the + icon
  4. Complete the fields (remember to indicate a sales stage)
  5. Click on Save & close

The CentrixOne CRM allows you to reassign an opportunity to the account and contact of your choice.

  4. Click on the Reassign button
  5. Click on the List field, then select the list associated with the account or contact that will receive the reassignment
