Option A – On my website:
- Click on the “Forms” module
- Move your mouse over the relevant form and click on the “Select” button
- In your form, click on the “Export form” tab
- Click on one of the “Copy” buttons (note that all HTML codes are identical and will be recognized by the vast majority of websites)
- Paste the code into your website or send the code to your webmaster
(Once the code has been copied into your website, you will no longer need to modify it. Your form will automatically update when you click on the “Publish” button in the relevant form in CentrixOne.)
