How to customize your emails using variables?

Adding variables to CentrixOne is an advanced feature. Training is recommended to fully understand how it works.

The variables below can be used in various places in CentrixOne (e.g. in a task, an opportunity, an email, an automation). They can be used to customize content according to values indicated in specific fields.

Tip #

To hide a variable when its contents are empty, simply add a “?” before and after the %% (e.g. ?%%Mrs%%?).
